| Tiivistelmä: | China is now right in the end of the last round of macro economic readjustment. The basic cause for the poor sales of many industrial and agricultural products lies in the social structural conflict of the urban and rural areas and the severe stagnation of urban and township development compared with development of industrialization. Thus, it is of urgent need to readjust the social structure. The critical point is to positively promote the construction of small towns and cities. Attention should be given to the rational layout and scientific planning, applicable and practical industrial policy and associated land policy, formulation and standardization of financial system and community management, etc.. |
