| Tiivistelmä: | The new-around enterprise reform must form multi-stock-rights structures, targeting on the problems that the system change was not in the right position and reform was not comprehensive. We should seize the key of enterprise property rights reforms,eg,directive circulation, such as transfer or sale their portions of property or stock rights, practice inter-stock with assets changes and distribute stocks, etc. Otherwise, to promote the assets reorganized among enterprises and foreign businessmen, the other enterprise in the other place and social managers and legal bankruptcy. So, the managers structures should be standard, balance system should be effective, the outstanding talents should be used, and to form the competitive employment system and encouragement and restriction systems. |
