| Tiivistelmä: | Small enterprise are the most energetic growth points and an important basis of the division and cooperation of labour in the modern big products and the leading channels of absorbing employment, will creat 85% employment chances in the later 10 years. So, we should seriously analyze some problems and conflicts that enterprise have to faced, such as scattering structures, lower knowledge structures of employee and the same industrial structures. We also carry out some real effective measures, such as building up uniform small enterprise management organizations and enforces enterprises' coordination, improve the financial and commercial support policies for small enterprise. |
