| Tiivistelmä: | By 2000 the national enterprise will be one fourth, the collective enterprise be one-second and private enterprise be one-fourth of the total sum of the industrial product; and the national enterprise will be one-third, the collective enterprise be one-sixth and the private enterprise be one-second of the total sum of social commodity retail. It had be the situation of dependent and supplement of the national and collective and private enterprise economy each other. The government should enforce to support and produce a fair competitive environment for the development of the individual and the private economy, support the private businessmen and enterprise to expand the management areas and productive scales, improve macro-control and make the standard operational order for the individual and private economy. |
