| Tiivistelmä: | China has 18000 kilometer mainland coastline and 14000 kilometer is land coastline. So to develop the pelagic fishing should be a new growth area of economic development. But there are some constraints on the development, such as the scale of fleet and technology, relevant international law and regulations, etc.. The paper proposes the advantages of the country's fishery be made use of, its structure be adjusted and the integration of production and management be formed. The co-operation at home and with foreign countries must be strengthened and the fishing technicians of high grade be fostered. |
