| Tiivistelmä: | National economic investment is 88.7 billion yuan and increase speed is 3.2%, while non-government investment is 65.9 billion yuan and increase speed is 17.6% in the third season of 1999 from real Jiangsu's economic development. It is obvious non-government investment generally plays a role in whole investment peaceful development. The suggestions are to make up continue stable polical environment, serve for non-government economic collection and circulation, heighten technical content, and make better small-sized urban and counties' construction and agricultural industrialization management. |
