| Tiivistelmä: | Personnel salaries are rising much faster in some industries than in others, according to this year's IPD/Reward Group survey. The author analyses some of the key findings. As well as highlighting a drift in the relative pay levels of some sectors, an analysis of the raw survey data reveals differences between the sectors in the provision of company cars, pension schemes and health insurance. Generally, personnel professionals seem to be doing slightly better than other groups of employees. |
