| Tiivistelmä: | Conflict group decision training has 3 key characteristics: dynamic situation, continuous decision, and cognitive co-operation. Previous models and systems do not entirely reflect these characteristics. This paper proposes a cognitive-based conflict group decision training framework, a conceptual model and a computing model. A conflict group decision training environment ACTOR implements the framework. Decision makers can be trained in the environment that supports dynamic situation, continuous decision, and cognitive co-operation. An example shows the training process of using the environment. |
