| Tiivistelmä: | The difficult points in deepening the reform in enterprises are as follows: the rights of self-decision for enterprise leaders are not implemented entirely; the burdens for enterprise to bear unreasonably social responsibilities are rather heavy and the self-organizational mechanism to pursue technological progress have not been formed. At present, the crucial tasks for enterprises to undertake are: to open up the sale market of products; to improve the system of contracted responsibilities; to implement system of share-ownership, and to establish rational system of paying remuneration according to work and responsibility. |
