| Tiivistelmä: | The stock doesn't transfer temporarily bring about the opposite result. The key of transfer is the time and the method. The author suggests that enterprises of stock capital system should carry out the income tax about fifteen per cent, existed enterprises should transfer to public social raising companies, and increase the capital and extend the number of stock at the right moment. At present, we may consider the bonus sharing by the state stock is converted stock by original price, remain the state stock on enterprises or associate with the state. |
