Tiivistelmä: | Recruiting the right people to the internal audit organization is a critical factor for success. The relative proportion of new hires directly from college is up, and should continue to climb as a result of increased coverage of internal auditing in college curricula. Recruiting for internal audit positions has traditionally been done on an "as needed" basis in the secondary market. Successful recruiting on campus is facilitated by a systematic approach. The purpose of this article is to help experienced recruiters identify the characteristics of the college arena that may signal the need for modifications of the existing recruiting process. |
