Tiivistelmä:For solving the problem of complex multi-criteria decision making for supplier (hereafter as: suppl./suppls.) selection the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) approach (for 'approach' here as: appr.) is proposed. By a case study in TV production suppls. the FAHP appr. was implemented. Based on the results, the TV suppls. were evaluated and the best one selected. FAHP appr. was compared with conventional appr. It provided better evaluation of TV suppls. in comparison with the traditional appr. FAHP appr. could be applied in other areas for production supplier selection.
