Tiivistelmä:The importance of corporate reputation as a strategic factor is highlighted by various theoretical approaches, among which the arguments of the Resource-Based View are special worthwhile. This article uses findings from an empirical research on Spanish biotechnology firms to identify and measure corporate reputation, highlighting its two key components: "business reputation" and "social reputation".
