| Tiivistelmä: | The efficient functioning of organizational and data processing systems calls for both first-class equipment and highly qualified personnel. Whereas the former can usually be obtained without difficulty, the latter presents more of a problem. As the interests of the end-user are supreme, the personality profiles of managers and their subordinates are of vital importance. Bearing the main objective of the system in mind, the constraints that have to be taken into account in the area of man-management and the arising problems are considered. |
