| Tiivistelmä: | In the development of the Korean anti-dumping system, foreign laws and practices, especially those of the United States and the European Union, have played a very important role. In the article, how and to what extent laws and practices of such other jurisdictions have influenced Korea in handling cases will be discussed. This article will not be a comprehensive treatise of Korean anti-dumping law; instead, it will concentrate on the issues actually and currently faced by Korea. General aspects, however, will be covered briefly for the purpose of clarifying the issues. |
