Tiivistelmä: | McDonald's opens in India's prickly market. The morning the golden arches were unveiled on New Delhi's skyline, Ajay Seth and his two daughters braved the crowd at the first McDonald's in India to see how foreigners made one of the family's favourite snacks: the vegetable burger. "It's very important that the food have an Indian taste," said Seth before sinking his teeth into the sesame-seed bun sandwiching his vegetable patty. He was only mildly impressed. |
