The region's economic boom is creating a class of wealthy individuals and families who can benefit from the sophisticated services of private banks. The banks, in turn, see Asia as the promised land for the potentially lucrative private-banking business. There are a few potholes on the road to greater riches though. Clients are to be careful to choose a private bank that can supply the particular services. |
