| Tiivistelmä: | Since 1979, the overseas anti-dumping cases involving China's export commodities have surpassed 200. In view of this, countermeasures should be taken. The macro ones of the state are as follows: speeding up the course of China's joining the WTO, establishing anti-dumping system as soon as possible, strengthening external publicity to seek fair treatment in anti-dumping, optimising export commodity composition, banning price war, and establishing and perfecting the mechanism of receiving anti-dumping suit. The micro ones of enterprises are as follows: perfecting fiscal system, preventing price war, working hard for plural export, forming a correct concept of business and marketing in world market, changing transit trade to direct export and enhancing anti-dumping awareness. |
