| Tiivistelmä: | Anti-dumping is the needs of both protecting China's national industry and establishing an international trade environment for fair competition. But some problems worth consideration and study in the anti-dumping course. They include how the "Unti-Dumping Law" is implemented by enterprises, the formulation of the rules for operation and how to make the domestic enterprises have a common understanding of unti-dumping. As no common understanding of unti-dumping has been reached by enterprises, it is difficult to pool efforts in this line. The unti-dumping practice, to some extent, protects and encourages the back ward and so is unfavorable to the enhancement of China's international competitiveness. |
