Tiivistelmä:Characterizations of change abound. Change is difficult to grasp as a whole and the phenomenon itself has many dimensions. This chapter uses a force field approach to provide the context for different change processes. The basic hypothesis is that if the change process is to successfully adapt the system to its environment, the change process must be consistent with the configuration of forces for change and resistance acting on the system.
