Tiivistelmä:The techniques of project managment have limited applicability to managing BPR initiative as the interactions between projects that make up the overall initiative are highly significant. It is possible to highlight the decision control elements of a BPR programme, by focusing on the interfaces between projects. The method has increased value as the size of change/transformation programme increases and the interactions between projects become more complex. The technique can also be visually represented as a two-zoned barchart of overall programme, showing both decisions influencing the work scope of the programme and their interaction with the scope of the individual projects.
