| Tiivistelmä: | This article intends to adequately grasp the empirical phenomenon of organizational change within the context of organization science and management. To this end, a heuristic structure of the research area is suggested, which differentiates between the object of change itself and the (scientific) observer of change. Based on this structure a critical assessment of ten current publications in this area is presented. |
