| Tiivistelmä: | This contribution is directed at project managers and consultants who work on projects of organizational change or technical cooperation. Concepts from Organizational Cybernetics are used in order to enable a better understanding and more competent handling of the extraordinary complexity of such projects. A set of instruments is developed for that purpose. |
