Tiivistelmä:Businesses are constantly in danger of paralysis, which is to be intercepted by renewal in time. Success in the past leads to complacency and carelessness. Herein lies the need for a turnaround and reorganization management. In order to achieve such a turnaround, the critical situation has to be mercilessly and openly assessed. In reorganization management, the critical conditions of a company suffices to communicate the seriousness of the situation. Regaining trust is a key element of success, closely linked to the turnaround/reorganization manager.
