Tiivistelmä:The purpose of this paper is to develop a theoretical framework that combines knowledge management, change management and “soft issues”. The focus is on the nature of “soft” issues embedded in knowledge management and change management processes. The framework is built on both empirical work and literary review. The writer finds that the “soft” dimension assists in better understanding the process of organizational knowledge transfer.
