Tiivistelmä:After the Asian financial crisis, restructuring (hereafter as: restr.) has gained currency as a strategic decision to realign internal structure with more competitive markets and greater demands on costs controls etc. This study examines the social-psychological impact of organizational restr. on trust and work satisfaction (here as: tr-and-wrk-sat). In addition, the inter-relationships btw. tr-and-wrk-sat., incl. their antecedents in the work environment are examined.
