Tiivistelmä:This paper aims to define a new construct, that is, organizational change (here as: o-change) capability (hereafter as: o-c-cap.), determining an organization's effectiveness in implementing marketing strategy. O-c-cap. is identified as a distinctive new construct integrating stages in leading and managing o-change. The framework shows how the new construct relates to market orientation and learning orientation in jointly influencing the success of dynamic strategy outcomes.
