| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines the possible knowledge map structures by types of tourist destinations and discusses the various knowledge requirements for the types. The destination knowledge needs were examined using a survey where the respondents were employed in the hospitality, tourism or related fields and were highly educated. It is concluded that each destination has unique needs and to map the knowledge, the most important input are the destination knowledge usersÂ’ views. |
