| Tiivistelmä: | Organizations increase their investment in new information and communication systems, and many of these same organizations use teams to do more and more of their work. The expectation, of course, is that investments in these areas will eventually justify the expense. But few organizations get the bang from the many bucks they spend each year to create teams and develop new information technologies. In our way of thinking, each is necessary if the organization is to take full advantage of tha possibilities created by the other. |
