| Tiivistelmä: | Because of integration of global manufacturing industries, revolution in telecommunications system, internationalization of financial market and formation of the world informanization system, the organizational form of resource allocation has evolved. Some new organizational forms different from both market and enterprises have developed in the environment of international competition. These "markets similar to enterprises in appearance" or "enterprises similar to markets in appearance" are called "the third organizational form" by the Western economists. At present, such a new organizational form has several definitions like "the dynamic network", "cooperative agreement" and "clan". |
