Tiivistelmä:The Royal Bank of Canada Financial Group transformed its organizational structure from a rigid monolith to a more decentralized, responsive structure by simultaneosly focusing change in three areas. The first change separated corporate and functional groups from the operating business. The second refocused the ways each business would be assessed in order to drive human performance toward strategic goals. The third streamlined the planning and budgeting process in order to align strategic and competitive objectives with operating goals and requisite financial performance.
