| Tiivistelmä: | From the experiences in both theory and practice, the author thinks that there should be laws and regulations to go by for the supervision and management of derived finance and those who break the laws must be punished. Besides, we have to solve the following problems: 1. establishing standard futures exchanges, cultivating broker agencies and groups of futures dealers who observe the laws, have standard behavior and are familiar with the international futures transaction business, 2. strengthening the internal control system of financial and securities institutions, 3. standardizing the behavior of supervision and management departments, 4. evading and taking precautions against various risks. |
