| Tiivistelmä: | The life cycle of sino-foreign joint ventures can be divided into two categories, that is, legal and natural cycles. They are closely associated with returns on their investment. For the joint ventures which exist on making profits by producing and marketing one kind or many kinds of products, their life cycle is similar to that of products. It can be divided into three stages, that is, long-term, mature period and termination period in terms of time. The factors influencing the life cycle are investing nations, invested industries and proportion of borrowed money. Therefore, we should let the legal limit of life cycle benefit both attracting foreign investment and technological and management progress of enterprises when setting it. |
