Tiivistelmä: | The article decomposes traditional reputation measurement systems into behavioural organisation-public relationship outcomes, cognitive representations of an organisation in the publics' minds and evaluations of organisational performance. Five Korean-based organisations were studied and a model between active communication behaviour and organisation-public relationship outcomes was created. The results indicate that relationship outcomes lead to favourable representations of an organisation. |
