| Tiivistelmä: | Being a "learning by doing" approach, corporate venturing must be built progressively through several steps, as collaboration convention, joint ventures signatures, conversion of spin-off to spin-outs, participation in venture capital, acquisition of a captured entity of venture capital, and constitution of an internal staff of corporate venturing. Corporate venturing comes not only through organization but mainly via the people in charge. There are numerous traps of corporate venturing, but remedies do exist, and some of them are given here. Based on the most recent experiences it seems to be sure that corporate venturing has now become a shared challenge. |
