| Tiivistelmä: | According to the 3rd national general investigation of industries in 1995, state-owned ownership, collective ownership and other ownerships constitute 113 of the industrial output value respectively. In other industries, individual economy and private economy occupy one half, while joint ventures and share-holding economy occupy the other half. Based on this, the emphasis of macro-economic management should be gradually transferred to nonstate-owned economy. The non-state-owned economy in the Midwest should be further developed. We must carry out the strategical adjustment of the distributional areas of state-owned economy in order to give better play to its leading and basic roles. |
