| Tiivistelmä: | The change of our ownership structure was in the aspects of output, capital input and jobholders, with a characteristic of pluralization. The proportion of economy of non-public ownership increased evidently while that of economy of public ownership decreased. There are diversified forms of public ownership. Its influence is indicated in following aspects: first, the structure of light and heavy industry is changed. The key point of future policy is how to coordinate industry of processing and industry of raw material. Second, the proportion of economy of non-public ownership tends to increase, which is presented in some competitive sectors.
