| Tiivistelmä: | Since 1978, China has reformed its methods of resources management. But because of the insufficiency of the drawing of market mechanism, there no effective decomposition and paid circulation of property right, no supporting laws and regulations of resources management and resources market is incomplete and market mechanism are cause and effect relations mutually. Another important defect of our resource industry management system is low efficiency of market structure, mainly expressed as coexistence of over-monopolization and insufficient centralization and so China should use the combined power of market mechanism and macro-control, and put emphasis on reduce the supervision cost resources protection and trade cost of resources circulation. |
