| Tiivistelmä: | In the process of the deepening reform of the financial system, the contractions between the state-owned commerce banks and other sections of the social economy are sharpening. Its out standing reflections are the low efficiency, the unclear relation, and the unreasonable allocation of the property rights. The problems of internal structure of their system and various factors influencing their efficiency are analyzed and the basic thinking and strategy for enhancing the efficiency of the bank's system are put forward. |
