| Tiivistelmä: | The research reported here is based on subsample of 1876 professional, clerical and service workers.The results indicate that there are statistically significant, though modest differences between full-time and part-time employees in the importance placed on extrinsic and intrinsic work outcomes. Those who work more hours tend to regard job-related information and participation in decision-making, pay, and fringe benefits as more important than those working fewer hours. |
