| Tiivistelmä: | The ongoing structural reforms in consultation with international agencies are important for Africa's future development. When undertaking structural adjustment plans, one of the important points is to determine whether the gap is of a cyclical nature or a structural deficit by measuring the long-run effect of basic structural trends. This study will be useful for estimating the resource gap of a structural nature as well as to predict future growth possibilities. |
