| Tiivistelmä: | The goal of rational distribution of China's regional foreign trade includes following points. The regional division of labor in the production of export commodities must be rationalized. The functions of government should be separated from the foreign trade operation. The regional production should be integrated with the regional foreign trade. The allocation of resources under the opening economy should be rationalized. The export commodities of developed regions should be more and more technology intensive. The rational plan should be made as soon as possible and so is the auction of quota. In operation, exclusive responsibility for profits and losses must be assumed. The limitation of business scope of foreign trade company should be cancelled in principle. |
