| Tiivistelmä: | At present time, the main characteristic of the foreign trade reform of China is decentralization of power. The basic feature of foreign trade operation is locally administered--there are one by one many independent local foreign trade areas correspondent to administrative regions. The economic relations, labor distributions and cooperations among these areas are severed artificially. The local governments are both managers of foreign trade and operation entities to some extent. Decentralization of power brings many drawbacks. |
