It also has to discard drone mentalities and enlist the bright ideas of its employees, making them realize that change is not only possible , but it is encouraged. Hoping such ideas illuminate its approach to BPR, Osram Sylvania's productivity and quality department has fashioned a framework for BPR that also encompasses the company's continuous improvement and employee involvement efforts. |
