Tiivistelmä:How many of our tenants of organizational theory will withstand the test of a rapid-placed global environment? Maverick guru Tom Peters pauses in his efforts to start an offshore company to ask this question of himself. He finds seven "truths" that seem to be holding up the fire: (1) Leap before you look (a bias for action), (2) Decentralize, (3) Business is emotion (be passionate about your product), (4) Systems count (the product has to arrive on schedule, (5) People matter (successful companies are people obsessed), (6) Something big is going down (the revolutionary power of the Internet is currently hidden under a bushel of hype), and (7) It's Implementation, stupid! (Business schools and business publications ignore the all-important science and art of implementing a plan).
