| Tiivistelmä: | Enterprise trusteeship generally refers to partial or complete alienation of the property rights of enterprises as legal persons in form of contracts. At present , the three main modes of operation in practice are trust, mortgage on risk money and stock right-re-purchasing. Trying actively such kinds of operational modes reflects the general demand of market economy and even more, is the objective need of overcoming the realistic difficulties in the course of development of foreign economic and trade enterprises. We should however, push it forward gradually according to our own actual conditions, encourage enterprises at grassroots level to make bold exploration. At the same time, it should be brought into the standardised operation gradually. Besides, effective policy measures should be taken. |
