| Tiivistelmä: | The main contents of our opening up strategy under the new situation are as following. In accordance with the requirement of making use of comparative advantages, developing open economy, coordinating and complementing with international economy, which was put forward by the Third and Fifth plenary session of the 14th central committee of the Chinese communist party, we should carry out the policy of opening the doors wide on every side, participate in the international division of labor and exchange actively, deepen the degree of opening up, raise opening up level. Furthermore, by developing a wider, deeper, and more effective opening up policy in the fields of goods, capital, technology, service and personnel, we will gradually raise the level of participation in international division of labour and get the maximum comparative advantages. |
