Tiivistelmä: | The authors of the article state that the managerial handbooks fail us when disaster strikes. After all, you can't eliminate personal suffering, nor can you ask employees who are dealing with crises to check then emotions at the door. But you can facilitate healing by unleashing organizational compassion, spreading it to every corner, and managing its impact. They state that when people know they can bring their plan to the office, th no longer have to expend energy trying to ignore or suppress it, and they can more easily and effectively get back to work. The paper provides insets: 'brief history of the CompassionLab' and 'Measuring Organisational Compassion'. |
