| Tiivistelmä: | Sea transports have a significant role in the Russian oil exports. One of the dominant routes for the oil exports is the Baltic Sea, and the exports are rising. Hence, it is important that a homogenous regulatory framework is found among the EU and Russian authorities in order to increase the safety of maritime oil transportation and to protect the Baltic Sea. |
