| Tiivistelmä: | Churches (both catholic and evangelist) are large employers in the FRG with 600 resp. 900 thousand employees. Labour relations within the church has been a much disputed problem for years. The views of church authorities were in disagreement with those of trade unions. The article presents the results of a research which investigated the attitude of church employees to the problem. Results show that church employees cannot be treated as a homogeneous group. |
